Every engagement starts with a short call so I can understand your problem and tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it. If I’m not, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Advisory

$200 / hour

Architecture reviews, second opinions on an ML approach, or help unsticking a stalled project. Book a single hour or a recurring slot. The first 30 minutes of a first call are free.

Evaluation & audit

from $3,000

A fixed-scope review of an LLM or ML system you already run. You get an eval harness, a failure analysis, and a written report with concrete fixes. Typically one to two weeks.

Scoped build

from $6,000

A working system at a fixed scope and a fixed price: a RAG pipeline, a knowledge graph, a predictive model, or an AI integration into a workflow you already run. Includes documentation, tests, and a handoff walkthrough. Typically three to six weeks.

Retainer

from $1,500 / month

A set number of hours each month for teams that want ongoing depth without a full-time hire. Async code review, calls, and hands-on work as needed.

Technical writing

from $600 / piece

Whitepapers, technical blog posts, and developer documentation. Researched, sourced, and written to be read by the audience you actually have.

Process

What working with me looks like

  1. Intro call. 30 minutes, free. You describe the problem and I ask questions.
  2. Proposal. One page: scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. No surprises later.
  3. The work. Weekly written updates, and demos whenever there’s something real to show.
  4. Handoff. Code, docs, and a walkthrough. You own everything.

I keep a small number of engagements running alongside my PhD research. That keeps quality high and availability honest. If I’m at capacity I’ll tell you and give you a start date.
